So I think it's been about four days now since I started this blog and since I said that I would be on the road to health. But I gotta be honest with you guys, it really isn't easy. Sure, you could buy all the things you need to get you on track but then what if you don't have time or a lot of money to do so?
It's pretty ironic that I'm the one asking that question when I'm supposed to be the one giving you answers. Well, I'm sorry to disappoint whoever is reading this.
Here's the best advice I could give to you: Do not follow what I do. Or maybe don't even follow what other people do. Use them only as a guide for you to become or to achieve whoever you want to be. Learn from other people's mistakes, such as mine.
And here's a tip: Before really starting on this kind of diet, a diet to a healthier you, be sure that you stock up on the things that you would need so that you won't have anymore excuses to not become healthier.
